Harassment and Abuse
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, or abusive behavior are not allowed.
This includes:

- repeated unwanted contact
- hostile or threatening language
- targeting individuals or groups
- attempts to intimidate or shame others
- encouraging others to harass someone
Content or behavior that creates an unsafe environment may be removed.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Nyro does not permit content or behavior that promotes, supports, or encourages hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups.
This includes content targeting people based on characteristics such as:

- ethnicity
- nationality

Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not:
- publish another person's private information without permission
- share phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or personal identifiers without consent
- reveal sensitive personal information
- attempt to obtain private information through deception

Unsafe Real-World Activity
Nyro is designed to support real-world running activities.
Users must not:
- encourage dangerous or reckless behavior
- organize activities intended to cause harm
- misrepresent meeting locations or event details
- use the platform to lure, deceive, or endanger others
- create fake runs, clubs, or events for harmful purposes
Run organizers and club leaders should make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information.
Illegal Activity
Do not use Nyro to:
- violate applicable laws
- promote criminal activity
- facilitate fraud or scams
- impersonate another person
- distribute malicious software
- interfere with the operation of the platform
Spam and Misleading Content
Spam is not allowed.
This includes:
- repetitive promotional content
- misleading information
- fake accounts
- deceptive invitations
- fraudulent clubs or runs
- attempts to manipulate users
Photos, Profiles, Clubs, and Runs
Content shared on Nyro should accurately represent you, your club, or your activity.
Do not:
- impersonate people or organizations
- create misleading profiles
- upload inappropriate images
- post sexually explicit content
- post graphic violence
- post content designed to shock, harass, or disturb others
Reporting Problems
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools where available.
Users can report:
- profiles
- clubs
- runs
- other content that may violate our rules
Reports help us investigate safety concerns and maintain the integrity of the platform.
Blocking Users
If another user is creating an unwanted experience, you may use Nyro's blocking tools where available.
Blocking is intended to help users manage their experience and reduce unwanted interactions.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate reports and take action when we believe these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law have been violated.
Moderation actions may include:
- removing content
- limiting functionality
- restricting access to features
- removing runs or clubs
- suspending accounts
- permanently terminating accounts
We may also take action when necessary to protect user safety, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the platform.
